Lauren joins WeBid following a successful 10-year career in teaching, bringing exceptional communication skills, a highly organised approach and acute attention to detail. Articulate and personable, she is skilled at understanding complex information, asking the right questions and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.

Since joining WeBid Global, Lauren has applied these skills across research, response writing and bid strategy development for high-profile schemes including SDF2, SCF6, Dublin MetroLink and GCS CWAS3 / ProCure 24.

Her education background gives Lauren a valuable perspective on Social Value, having seen first-hand the positive impact that construction organisations can have on schools, young people and local communities. She works with clients to research regional and community needs, helping to shape realistic, targeted commitments supported by practical delivery outputs.

Alongside her developing knowledge of PPN 026 and the Social Value Model, Lauren brings strong organisational skills, a natural curiosity and the ability to manage competing priorities, identify outstanding information and keep submissions progressing towards demanding deadlines.
