Rebecca, our Quality Director, brings 17 years’ construction bidding experience, strategic insight and expertise in managing complex, multidisciplinary tender teams.
With over 17 years' experience in construction bidding, Rebecca has built her career across both contractor and consultancy environments, supporting major public-sector frameworks (such as CCS CWAS3, Pagabo, DfE CF25, NHS England ProCure24 and Procure Partnerships) and projects including HS2, A303 Stonehenge and Metrolink.
An accomplished bid and proposal manager, Rebecca specialises in bringing structure and momentum to complex tender processes. She develops bid strategies and programmes, establishes clear deliverables and coordinates multi-disciplinary teams and subject matter experts – keeping people engaged, actions moving and submissions firmly on track. She also brings extensive competitive dialogue experience, leading and supporting dialogue processes on major, complex procurements.
Rebecca is an excellent communicator and one of our best bid writers, skilled at turning complex technical information into clear, persuasive and evaluator-focused responses. Her methodical approach and eye for detail enable her to quickly understand tender requirements, client objectives and scoring criteria, developing submissions tailored to what matters most to the evaluator – while retaining each client's individual identity and USPs.
A key strength is her people management and coordination. Calm under pressure and highly organised, Rebecca leads teams towards a common goal, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining quality. She quickly embeds within client teams and is also an experienced and highly effective reviewer, providing constructive challenge, evaluator-focused insight and clear recommendations to strengthen submissions. Rebecca supports the wider WeBid team through peer review, helping to consistently develop high-quality, high-scoring responses.
