The DfE’s Construction Framework 2025 (CF25) is a major national framework supporting the delivery of schools and wider education infrastructure across England. Structured across eight Low Value Band lots (£4.4m–£12m) and two High Value Band lots (£12m+), it provides a long-term route for delivering individual projects and wider education programmes.

WeBid supported multiple contractor clients through this highly competitive procurement, providing bid management, strategy, writing, workshops, graphics and Mock Evaluation/review support. The bid required extensive understanding of the DfE’s 2025 Output Specification and Pattern Book, with our team working closely with architects and landscape designers to interpret complex design requirements and translate technical solutions into clear, evaluator-focused responses.

Our highly experienced education team, including former teachers, brought a unique end-user perspective – understanding first-hand what matters to schools, staff, pupils and communities. We applied this insight across design, Social Value, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, supported by independent reviews to challenge and strengthen submissions.
