Southern Construction Framework 6 is the latest generation of one of the UK's leading public-sector construction frameworks, procured by Hampshire County Council and Devon County Council. SCF supports construction projects above £1m across the Southeast, Southwest and London while also being available to public-sector bodies throughout England.
