MetroLink is Ireland’s largest public transport infrastructure project, delivering a new 18km high-capacity metro route through the centre of Dublin – transforming the city and surrounding areas. The M500 package is a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) contract covering railway systems, rolling stock, station fit-out, depot facilities and the integrated operation and maintenance of the passenger service for 25 years.

WeBid supported a joint venture comprising major international contractors, providing extensive bid management, strategy, bid writing, workshop facilitation, SME interviews, graphics and Mock Evaluation/review support throughout the tender period. Working across organisations, disciplines and international teams, we coordinate inputs and establish consistent messaging across this highly complex PPP submission.

A key focus of our approach was working closely with each JV partner, the designers and key subject matter experts to draw out relevant international metro and major infrastructure experience, alongside local Irish experience where applicable, and translate this into compelling, evaluator-focused evidence.
