The £37bn Hospital 2.0 Alliance (H2A) sits at the heart of NHS England's New Hospital Programme, establishing a long-term delivery alliance to support the design, construction and handover of new hospital schemes across England. The framework brings together NHS England, NHS Trusts and delivery partners through a collaborative approach designed to transform how major healthcare infrastructure is delivered.

Throughout the whole tender and competitive dialogue period, WeBid provided extensive bid management, writing, strategy, workshop facilitation, SME engagement, graphics and reviews. Working collaboratively with our client and international specialists, our team helped develop and coordinate a substantial suite of evaluator-focused responses addressing the strategic, technical, commercial, sustainability and Social Value requirements of the Alliance.
