Connect Plus's Call-Off Framework Agreement 3 (COFA3) is a six-year framework delivering improvement works across the M25 motorway and associated arterial routes on behalf of National Highways. Its scope encompasses civil engineering and technology improvements including structures, geotechnical works, junction improvements, roadside technology, environmental works and associated network infrastructure.
