The Framework provides a route for delivering a diverse programme of construction works across its estate, including demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and external works. Procured through a two-stage restricted procedure, the four-year framework comprises four value-based lots covering projects up to £20m.

For our Tier 1 client, WeBid provided end-to-end bid management – including win theme/strategy development, answer planning and workshop facilitation, bid writing, graphics and mock evaluation/reviews. We worked closely with our client’s Manchester-based team and subject matter experts to develop a comprehensive submission aligned to the University's estate, sustainability and operational priorities.

The extensive quality submission addressed the practical challenges of delivering construction projects within a live university environment, including minimising disruption, framework and stakeholder relationships, supply chain management, zero-defect delivery, H&S, asbestos management and project handover. Sustainability was a significant theme, with responses aligned to the University's Sustainability Strategy.
