Anglian Water's Major Projects Framework provides additional expertise and delivery capacity for complex, high-value water infrastructure across AMP8 and AMP9. Worth up to £1.5bn, it supports Anglian Water's £11bn AMP8 investment plan. The first programme includes more than £400m of coastal water improvements to reduce storm spills and bacteriological impacts on bathing and shellfish waters.

WeBid worked as part of a large integrated joint venture, providing bid writing and response-development support for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing and Proposed Organisation sections. We structured evaluator-focused responses that connected leadership, governance and individual accountability with delivery outcomes, and showed how safety and wellbeing would be embedded throughout framework and project delivery.

The responses reflected Anglian Water's emphasis on trust, collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement while remaining consistent with the wider bid. The submission was successful, securing the joint venture's appointment as one of two delivery partnerships on the framework.
