Manchester Airports Group's Small to Medium Construction Works Framework supports capital delivery across Manchester, East Midlands and London Stansted airports. It covers airside and landside building, civil engineering and MEP projects across nine lots, with call-offs worth up to £5m and an initial five-year term extendable to eight years.

WeBid supported successful submissions across the Buildings and Civils lots through bid writing, strategy development, workshop facilitation, subject matter expert interviews, reviews and graphics. Tenderers had to respond as though delivering a sample scheme; we worked closely with subject matter experts through detailed workshops to draw out practical evidence driven responses comprising a P6 programme and narrative, estimating, construction methodology, contract administration, digital systems and resourcing requirements.

Our support contributed to successful appointments across multiple lots. The submissions presented credible delivery plans for complex airport environments, underpinned by collaboration, transparency, sustainability and Social Value.
