This project was part of an ongoing programme of works we have undertaken for this client for Network Rail Minor Works as a Generalist Supplier. Network Rail Southern Region are establishing a single Buildings and Civils Minor Works Framework that aligns with Network Rail’s requirements of prompt and efficient delivery of the CP7 and CP8 work banks. This includes rationalising several route-based frameworks into one Regional Framework, providing regional consistency. Based on the new Enterprise Model, this framework will maximise productivity and efficiency using modern methods of working, technology, collaboration and relationship focused contracting.

We collaborated and worked closely together with our client in shared online documents following input from storyboard sessions and meetings with subject matter experts to write detailed responses and case studies. Our existing relationship with the client allowed us to draw on previous submissions to extract the best evidence and combine this with new information to submit a high-quality submission ahead of time.
