DfL is the NHS Wales’ construction procurement and delivery framework for major capital projects with construction costs in excess of £4 million. The frameworks are based on the fundamental principles of collaborative working, integrated supply chains and continual improvement. They deliver best value for money and development of best practice, sustainability and other core objectives on behalf of the Welsh Government.

WeBid have worked with our valued construction client, successfully securing them onto every DfL framework from conception. Throughout this time, we have worked closely with framework and engineer teams to build a library of responses and case studies to support this client on other ventures.
