The GCA (previously Crown Commercial Services) Construction Works and Associated Services 3 (CWAS3) and ProCure24 Framework is a major UK-wide public-sector construction procurement, bringing together and replacing existing CCS construction, ProCure23 and other sectors’ construction arrangements. Its broad scope encompasses general construction, civil, healthcare, modular/offsite, defence, nuclear and international works.
