Network Rail's CP7 Southern framework supports a long-term programme of buildings and civil engineering works across the region. Its scope spans nine lots covering reactive generalist works, building fabric, services and roofing, together with civils packages for structures, masonry, drainage, earthworks and off-track assets.

WeBid provided bid writing, strategy development, workshop facilitation and subject matter expert interviews. We organised technical evidence and developed clear responses aligned to the framework's Project 13 approach and five enterprise outcomes: Safe, Fit and Healthy; Cleaner and Greener; Happy Customer; Affordable and Profitable; and Positive Legacy.
