One of the largest public projects ever undertaken in Jersey in the Channel Islands, Our Hospital is an essential investment into the lives and health of all Islanders.

The WeBid team was engaged to support our client in this exciting opportunity for the re-development of a world class, fully integrated, 21st century health care facility for the island of Jersey. The overall aim of the project is to deliver a facility that will be an integral part of the local community, giving patients greater choice, access to quality and efficient services, and enhance the overall health and well-being of the local people.

This challenging tender comprised an intense procurement timetable spanning over a four-month period, including weekly competitive dialogue workstreams to eventually form an outline Project Execution Plan as the final written submission, circa 600 pages.

The WeBid team co-located with our client throughout the tender process, attending site visits, weekly dialogue meetings and working on the Project Execution Plan as an ongoing live document as workstreams progressed.
